Welcome to nocket.io, a web-based service that allows users to bookmark, highlight, and add notes to web pages, which are then saved to the user's Notion account (the "Service"). The Service is operated by your company (the "Company," "we," or "us").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms", "Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms specific to certain features of the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 14 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 14 years old. If you are younger than 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
2.2 License: Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2.3 Restrictions: You agree not to (i) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Service; (ii) use the Service for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms; (iii) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party data contained therein; or (iv) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
2.4 User Content: Our Service allows you to bookmark web pages, highlight portions of those pages, add notes and ratings. Any content that you save, submit, post, or display on or through the Service is referred to as "User Content". You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to the Service. By making any User Content available through the Service you hereby grant to the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
2.5 Third-Party Services: The Service may allow you to link your account with third-party services, such as Notion. By linking your account with a third-party service, you understand and agree that we may access, store, and make available any content that you have provided to and stored in your linked third-party service account in accordance with the policies and terms of that service. You must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such content with us, and you acknowledge that the use of your content from the third-party service will be subject to these Terms.
3.1 Subscription Plans: We offer two subscription plans for the Service: a one-year plan and a lifetime plan. The one-year plan automatically expires at the end of the one-year term. The lifetime plan provides access to the Service for the lifetime of the product.
3.2 Payment: Payment for the subscription plan is due at the start of the applicable subscription period. We accept payment through the payment methods specified on our website, which may include credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods.
3.3 Refunds: You may request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase. After this 3-day period, no refunds will be provided. Please ensure that you carefully review the features and limitations of the Service before making a purchase.
3.4 Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes, including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST), that may be applicable to your purchase of a subscription plan.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
